Customer Feedback
We welcome feedback from all clients and patients on any aspect of our laboratory services, including the examination methods we use and the interpretation of results. Feedback including compliments or issues may be submitted in writing to support@genseqgroup.com. Where an issue is received, this will be investigated thoroughly with feedback to the customer in a timely manner. With regard to results issued from the laboratory, Genseq Diagnostics Limited operate through clinical healthcare practitioner and professional channels and do not proactively engage with patients directly. The company will make relevant information available to patients through healthcare providers acting on their behalf, upon receipt of a valid request in writing to support@genseqgroup.com.

At Genseq, we recognise the importance of quality in all aspects of data generation and analysis.
Our laboratory participates in various external quality assurance schemes and proudly holds accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and ISO 15189 accreditation from the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB).
IVDR-compliant testing procedures
We use laboratory developed tests (LDTs) for our diagnostic testing procedures. These procedures meet all requirements in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 5 of Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on in-vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDR). Our diagnostic testing procedures are IVDR-compliant.

Who We Are
Genseq is a 100% privately owned company based in Cherrywood, Dublin, Ireland. The company was formed in September 2023 after acquiring a state-of-the-art, purpose-built 1100 sq meters genomics laboratory in Dublin. Our laboratory is College of American Pathologists (CAP) and IE ISO 15189:2022 accredited, and our focus is on growing our portfolio of accredited genetic services to the Biopharma & Clinical Research sectors along with healthcare practitioners in the EU and worldwide.
The Irish owners of the business also own a number of other successful healthcare focused businesses based in both the UK and Ireland.
